Ground yourself and add resistance to your poses with one of these weighty and adjustable, sandbags. This large weight bag offer excellent weight distribution and makes them the perfect accessory for a restorative yoga session. Please note, our sandbags are not filled – save money and fill it yourself with whatever you want from sand found at your local hardware store to everyday dry goods like rice.

• 100% Washed Linen, outer cover – inner bag in 100% Cotton
• Note that the bag is not delivered filled not delivered filled, we recommend filling the bag with aquarium sand and you can fill more / less than the specified weight.
• We recommend a maximum of 5 kg per bag

• Care: The outer cover is easy to remove and can be washed in the washing machine at 30 C/86 F degrees
