The heat pillow dusty pink provides a relaxing and soothing heat treatment. Use for neck and shoulders deliver penetrative moist heat to aching muscles and stiff joints, enhancing blood circulation over affected areas for recovery.  Can be used as a heating pillow and/or weight pillow. Heat it in the microwave for 0.5 min (30 seconds) at 700-800 Watt. Can be heated in the oven too. Wrap it up  in a towel  and heat for 5 minutes at about 150 degrees.
