Bolster merino wool is an absolutely wonderful addition when you do yoga, especially if you practice yin, medical yoga or yoga nidra. Really perfect for everything related to meditation and rest. If you would like a looser bolster, you can easily just empty the inner bag of buckwheat hulls and adjust the amount of buckwheat and adapt it for you. You can also easily top up with buckwheat hulls in the same way.
